How to See Your Liked Videos on TikTok

Finding the videos you liked on TikTok is pretty easy. Compared to other social media platforms, finding all the videos you liked is doable in a just few steps.

To find your liked TikTok video, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

On Your Mobile App

1. Step 1

   Open the TikTok app. Head over to your profile page by tapping the person icon.

   

2. Step 2

   Upon opening your own profile page, you will automatically see the videos you liked. Below the button “Edit Profile”, you can see three tabs. Tap the middle tab with the heart icon on it.

   

3. Step 3

   There you go! You can now see all the videos you’ve liked in the past.

On Desktop

1. Step 1

   Go to TikTok. Log in and click your profile picture.

2. Step 2

   A dropdown menu appears. Click View Profile.

   

3. Step 3

   You will be redirected to your TikTok profile. Under your bio, you can see two tabs called “Videos” and “Liked”, respectively. The Videos tab is where you can see the videos you have uploaded yourself. You will have to click the Liked tab and there you can see your liked videos.

   

Saving Your Liked Videos

If there’s a video you really like on TikTok, you can actually save it to rewatch it again. Simply tap the Share button which looks like a curved arrow. A pop-up will appear and you will see a Save Video button at the bottom.

But, if you just want to save a video without clogging up your phone’s storage, it’s much better to like it instead. Liking videos on TikTok will automatically save them to the Liked tab on your profile page. You can rewatch them all by simply browsing your liked videos on TikTok through its own app. Not only that, but you’re also giving your favorite content creator support by liking their videos.

Liking a TikTok video is pretty easy, too. At the right side of the video you’re watching, tap the heart icon. That video is now saved on your Liked Videos and you can rewatch it on the app itself.

How Can You See Other People’s Likes on TikTok?

If you want to see what videos other TikTok users like, you can simply head to their profile and do the same steps above. Tap the middle tab with the heart icon and you can see all the videos they liked.

Keep in mind, though, that TikTok allows its users to hide their liked videos. This is the message you will usually encounter if you click on the heart icon but their liked videos are private:

Why Did Some of My Likes Disappear?

There are a few reasons why your liked videos disappeared. It’s either one of these following reasons:

• The user who uploaded the video has taken it down or deleted it
• The user has made the video private
• Tiktok itself took down the video for violating rules and regulations of the platform
• The user has blocked you and therefore you can’t see any of their content anymore

Can Other People See The Videos I Liked?

In the same way, you can allow people to see your liked videos or opt to make them private. You may not want other people to know what kind of content you like to watch or simply want to keep your privacy. Here’s how you can hide your liked videos from the public:

1. Step 1

   Open the TikTok app.

2. Step 2

   Go to your profile.

3. Step 3

   Click the three horizontal line icon and you will be redirected to Settings and privacy.

   

4. Step 4

   Tap Privacy.

   

5. Step 5

   Scroll down and find Liked videos, then tap it.

   

6. Step 6

   TikTok will ask you who can watch your liked videos. By choosing “Everyone,” you will let others see what videos you liked. To make that private, however, select “Only Me” and other people can’t see your liked videos anymore.

   

By default, your Liked video settings are set to “Only Me.” If you want instead to allow other people to see your liked videos on TikTok, you can set it to “Everyone.”
